What can we do to keep cat from going off at night?

The last 3 months our cat will just sound off at random times of the night. We've tried everything that is humanely possible and are at out wits end. I've tried to keep him busy during the day by playing and giving him things to play with. At night when we go to bed sometimes he sounds off, but most of the time it can be anywhere from midnight to 4 or 5 in the morning. Usually around 3 is one of the times he sounds off. We've also sprayed him with water, pet him, shook him a little to let him know we're not happy, let him sleep beside my side which is getting increasingly difficult since I'm pregnant and getting bigger, and I've even taken him to the kitchen sink and threatened him with water that way. I've given treats thrown a pillow and an empty water bottle at him. Even after some things he still will sound off. What can we do? Help! I'm/we're frustrated and disgusted and loosing even more sleep than we should.

My MPV value was a 7.1 and everything else was low (save for a low CO2 level). I went to the doctors due to extreme tiredness and fatigue. I don't know of any place/site that gives out free Yu-Gi-Oh cards. You can try Craigslist, but it's not likely you'll find people giving rare cards away, even if they don't use them. Nicknames for Eliza and Matilda?

I absolutely love them both! And I agree, it is hard to decide between the two names. I think Eliza is fine the way it is. It could be a nickname for Elizabeth, which means it doesn't exactly need a nickname. Liz is a bit common, but Elly is a little cutesy..but it could work for an infant/toddler. Liza could be a nickname as well. As for Matilda, Tilda, Tilly, and Milly don't seem right. And Lilly is just extremely overused. Matti is adorable though!! Plus, it could be used as she's a little older. The other nicknames, except for Lilly, seem very childish. If you're planning on having more than one child, and you'd like to use both names, I suggest using Eliza first and then Matilda..just because Matilda seems more like a younger sisters name than Eliza does.. in my opinion. I used Vista x64 all the time before my Macbook and I had no problems with programme compatibility. The only stuff that's not going to work are 16bit programmes (this technology was last used aaages ago) so anything not ancient should run. Adding outdoor sink, drain to cleanout plug, and venting?

I hope I describe this properly. Out in my back patio, there's an outdoor faucet/hose connection and a cleanout plug coming out of the stucco right next to it. I want to add an outdoor sink/tub for dirty cleanups without having to reenter the house. I can tap into the garden faucet and run cold water fairly easily. My question is whether I can open the cleanout plug and run the drain pipe into a T attached to it? If so, do I need to run a vent pipe up above the roofline? Also, where do I connect this vertical vent pipe (between the trap and the cleanout T plug)?

About 10 years ago I had a college course about Latin American short stories. I have misplaced the 2 books I had from the cl. The genre of writing was "literatura costumbrista". One of the books, I swore, was called "Under the Mango Tree". I've searched and searched on-line for a book with that title, and found one, but it's not the book I had in that cl. I kept my books, but can't find them. I am craving that book. It was all kinds of short stories from Latin America from, if I recall correctly, between about the 1930's and the 1950's or so. I think. There's one book I kep finding in my search that is 6 short stories, has the title of what I'm looking for, and was put together by Elida Guardia Bonet. This is not the book I'm looking for. Maybe my book has a different name, but it definitely had the story "Under the Mango Tree" in it. I swore that was also the book's title. I took 3 months maternity leave. I had to come back because of financial reasons and it is hard. I cried the first week every time i left him with the sitter. Then I got back into the groove at work and now its just routine. it does take time to get it all working and you will be tired all the time because you are working all day and then going home to your 2nd job(mommy). Just give yourself time to adjust. I am still trying to figure it all out and he is 6 months now. Good luck and remember everything you do, its for the best of your child and family.

Rustic beach camping?

I have spent over a week hiking the coast of Olympic National Park in Washinton. It is a very wild and intense place to backpack. The weather and tides can be a concern, but that is part of the experience. It's not going to be the kind of ocean where you go swimming, as it's quite dangerous to swim there. I live in Ga, and i can tell you that there are VERY FEW remote places to camp along the coast of FL. Most of FL coastal wetlands were filled in to create more land for hotels and condos. GA and SC both have remote barrier islands where you can camp, but the bugs can get pretty bad. If you live in CA, i would suggest checking out the Baja coast personally.

It depends upon what you are printing. If you are printing a web page (The only reason that I can see for mentioning SBC Yahoo) it can take several minutes to download and spool the print job. Depending upon your printer, open Control Panel, Printers and Faxes, then right click your 2410 and select properties. Click Advanced, then Spool Print doents and Start Printing Immediately; then Apply & Ok. Try it again. If this doesn't improve your printers performance, you can go into the printer properties again and TRY "Print Directly to printer"; I would not recommend it. The first set of options should give you the best performance that your printer and initernet connection will allow.

when i got my cichlid tank it was cloudy at first too. and thats because when you put the new gravel in the water, the water will clean all of the dust off of them and it will make the water blury. and also i would feed them pellets if i were you, if your not doing that already. but definately go and get some top fin water clarifier. it works miracles.

I didn't see the movie, but I am noticing this on the site. Wow, that article was something. People who are suicidal battled life, they didn't just get that way after watching a movie. They didn' learn how to deal with their problems, and one problem piled on top of another and when you loose hope, it is hard for them. It isn't a movie that makes someone commit suicide, it is a lifetime of troubles. I own a higher end Epi, and it is ok, but i have played some ESP/LTD's and they are comparable, or better for the same, or lower price. Unfortunately, you are looking at the bare bones models, which will not have much difference, because all the corners possible have been cut in build quality in order to make it affordable. Help with an aggressive dog after eating?

we have a 6 mth old Border Collie, Alfie, and a week ago brought home a 7 mth old Collie, Mollie, all was going great until last night. After we fed them (separately) both came into the living room and suddernly Mollie turned and attacked Alfie, aggressive showing her teeth. He is the most placid easy going dog ever, he turned his head away in fear. We put Mollie into the kitchen and kept them seperate that night, Alfie was cowering the rest of the night, next morn all is well and back to playing and running mad. Mollie is the 'boss' out of the 2 which Alfie accepts. Then again tonight Mollie was fed, I left Mollie in the kitchen for a while, when she came into the living room she immediately went for Alfie again. unprovoked, 10min later all ok! Mollie has already had a home and the older dog didn't take to her, we don't want to have to find another home for her, she is fabulous dog except for this but maybe she needs to be in a home with no other dogs. Why isn't it getting wet anymore?

I have a 98' buick century custom. For a long while the floor on the penger back side and underneath the carpet on the front penger side was getting wet on a continous basis. Well after much heartache and dispair i chopped it up to being a heating core issue. I didn't drive it. I was horrified whenever the car begin to mold. Suddenly, i decided to take action. I pulled myself up by the boot straps and i begin to fight the water and mold with water, vinegar and oust spray. Well, i also knew that the car needed coolant and one day asked a neighbor to put coolant and water in. I don't know at what point but all of a sudden the water dried up and went away and it hasn't been back since but i know that the problem couldn't have resolved itself. BTW: i put in several prayer request and i also prayed a lot myself and i still am. But what happened to the water?

PC speaker and toy pinball make noise at same time?

What would be causing the right side PC speaker to make a small popping/cracking noise and at the same time set off a sound/lighting affect from the toy pinball machine that is battery operated? How do I get back to normal after relationships.?

I've only had one serous relationship in my life and after it, I feel into a very sad, almost depressed mood for awhile. What kind of wireless repeater/booster do I need?

Hi. I have a Linksys Wireless Router (Home Gateway, model number: WAG354G). I have my Xbox and projector on the bottom floor but the router is two floors up in the attic with too many walls and stuff in the way. Neither the xbox nor the router can be moved for a better signal to get between them. All other avenues of increasing the signal strength have made appreciable improvements but nothing effective enough. The last thing I can try now is to buy a signal booster/repeater to plug into downstairs. I would like to know if there is an option to change the number of plays that you can see when you are selecting your play in madden 10. I like a run heavy offense. There are the obvious problems (he's a vampire, she's a mermaid, etc.) and then there are the more subtle differences and problems that I find make the difference between a good book and a great book. A great book encompes and reflects all the subtleties of human nature and the way we interact. If you think about it, why do some of your relationships have problems? Not because he's a vampire, or he's a criminal, surely. In real life, there are reasons for problems you can put in your book that are less extreme, more believable, and more relatable. Personally, I would rather identify with your character because he or she has a similar problem to me, not because your character's significant other might jump out of the closet one night and suck his or her blood.

I've had that almost exact same thing happen to me, I'm thirteen. what I did was at first I just spents time with my horse, walking around his turnout with him. to get his trust agian. Then when I decided to ride i rode at everything EXCEPT the canter. And at about the third lesson, have someone watch you so you feel you have to push yourself. Then do your normal routine and ask for the canter. I know how hard this is, trust me though a for a couple of laps and you'll be fearless agian. Also, when you are really tense and scared, your horse can sense it so try and relax! I know how hard it is but you'll get over it soon! Also after you first canter, only do a couple of laps, then tell him he's a good boy and cool him off, this wy you end on a good note!

I have no idea what I'm supposed to do! It's my dad! He doesn't even act like a dad's supposed to act! I am looking for a good way or program or whatever to teach my 5 year old spanish that is AFFORDABLE! I have already started looking for the spanish cartridge for his Kasey the Kinder bot learning toy. My son had a severe language delay but has been caught up for 2 years and when we finished speech therapy his therapist suggested a 2nd language early since kids have an easier time learning one and he had problems with english. I tried an herb garden for the first time this year, and my plants got a lot bigger a lot faster than I thought they would. Now, I've got huge plants of sweet basil and sage and parsley and large plants of oregano and thyme. What the heck can I do with all of these herbs? Do you have any good recipes? I'm a big fan of soups (especially tomato soup), sauces, and noodles, but I'm open to any suggestions. Can I use these herbs right off the plant, or do I need to dry them somehow first?

Help! The sound from our new Sony flat panel TV is awful.......?

We have recently bought a Sony KDL-32W5810 flat panel TV and although after reading many reviews on various flat panel TV's we were aware that the sound would not be very good, we were not expecting it to be as bad as it is. The picture is great, the space saving and movability a big bonus, BUT compared to our previous Panasonic CRT tele the sound is really crap. Very 'woolly at low levels and distorts at high levels. In fact we were almost tempted to sell the Sony and keep the old CRT tv ! Well we are not going that route but we neither have the money (just retired on fairly basic pension) nor, for that matter the space, for a full home cinema surround sound system. We are not looking for deep B just clear sound in both speech and music comparable at least to that you got on premium brand CRT televisions. Can anyone suggest the most economical options for us. We do NOT want to have wires strung all over the place. We are aware of the existence of 'sound bars' but the reviews we have seen of the 'affordable to us' ones do not seem very encouraging.

A few days ago I was playing basketball in gym and was trying to knock the ball back into play, but my knee stayed in place and made this nasty liquidy popping noise and I immediately feel down and could feel the pain. My friend tried to help me up, but it made another popping noise and I feel back down again. I have an MRI next week to find out what exactly it is, but if you have an idea please tell me. Also, these past two days, I have been able to hobble and limp around on my bad knee without a crutch or with only one. It almost feels permanently bent because when I try to straighten it, it feels like it's going to pop again.
