Christians:How is it that Paul can make so many alterations to the bible?

Something that every Christian scholar must accept is that the Pauline doctrine may be utterly contrary to the life and teachings of Jesus. James opposed Paul violently, and James was actually raised with Jesus, whereas Paul never actually met Him. The inclusion of the Pauline doctrine in the canon Bible was purely political.
