Could she be pregnant?

During my wife's last pregnancy, she had major heartburn and was extremly tired all the time and to go along with it, moody. She got a tubal litigation with the last birth in which they gut a portion of the tubes out. Was told by the doctor, that they could grow back together. Could there be a possiblity she could be pregnant? What are the chances?
