Did limewire really get an injunction?

Bet your on it ... tons of copyrighted material gets ped around on P2P networks like limewire every day. Are the people who own the legal rights to those works. Just going to sit on their thumbs while their stuff is freely ped around ? Sure limewire and others get hit with injunctions and legal threats on the regular.
