What could a low MPV in my bloodwork mean? I am also fatigued and bruising.?

My MPV value was a 7.1 and everything else was low (save for a low CO2 level). I went to the doctors due to extreme tiredness and fatigue. I also have a scarily large bruise on my calf that I have no idea where it came from. It began really purple blue and then had a bright deep red in the middle. It is now yellow in the middle and has spread outward in a splotchy fashion (two weeks after I got it). I have never had any health problems (except for an extremely irregular cycle) and I am not anemic, to the best of my knowledge.
