Clinical diffrencial diagnosis between a congenital hemangioma & kaposioformhemangioendotheliom…

and what the the out come of wrong diagnosis would be if infant left on prednsalone for 27 weeks as the initial diagnosis was congenital hemangioma but this type of 'birthmark' was slolwly encasing the patients calf compromising her leg.Correct diagnosis was made 8 months atfer birth and it was a tumour that involved intense chemo on a 8 month old.I am just looking for honest responses. thank you for you time.
