Can i transmit this way?

the last time i had was a week before christmas of '09. in January of '10 i found out i had hsv 1 or type one. ive never had outbreaks but i found out during an annual std check up. only one that came back positive. after months of abstaining i want to get back in action....even if i am asymptomatic can i spread it through 1. kissing, 2. giving 3. receiving 4. unprotected /l . plz dnt look down on me in any way and help as best as possible. no sarcasm
