Heyy :) I have been tumbling for about 2 months now for my cheerleading squad and I have pretty bad wrist pain. I am now working on my roundoff back handspring tuck :D but to get there I had to work on my back handspring and my doubles, but I can hardly do them because of the pain. This isn't the first time i have tumbled and last time the same thing happened! I tried quitting, iceing it, braces, everything! Nothing has came up on x-rays and it hurts no matter where I tumble. Help! what should I do!?!
