What does the it mean when they say he has boxer's legs?

I am not asking about a dog here. Sometimes when you watch boxing on t.v you here the broadcasters use the term "he has boxer's legs" What does that mean and what are boxers legs suppose to look like? If I were to guess I would say legs that are not skinny but stout strong looking legs are what they are referring to.
