Maybe i am or maybe not...or it might just be the pill..i think i might be pregnant..?

ok well i have been on the birth control pill and tomorrow will be one month well i have missed pills and had ual and also i haven't taken the last 3 pills because the bleeding has over done it and i would bleed like crazy anyways my stomach has been hurting really bad and it feels like someone is squeezing me really hard on the inside i have bak pains like crazy i mean they come out of nowhere i also started to feel tiered my hurt even with a little touch... wella also im pretty skinny and now there seems to be a bump but it hurts when i try to suck it in like really bad...i hate my favorite food now like i use to always eat tacos from jack in the box and now is like noooooo i don't want none and if i do get em they taste so nasty and its weird like really weird..anyways i wanted to ask just to take thoughts or wonders if you could at least guess what wrong with me
